A. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Items must be in their original state—unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in the original packaging.

B. How to Return

To start a return, email us at sales@chenillepatches.us or use Live Chat with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid return label along with instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

C. Damaged or Wrong Items

Check your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can address the issue promptly. To arrange a return for such items, email sales@chenillepatches.us or use Live Chat

D. Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges unless the item is damaged, incorrect, the wrong size, or defective. For exchange requests, please contact us at sales@chenillepatches.us

E. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

F. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to appear after approval. If you haven’t received it after this period, please contact us.

G. Unused Discounts

Refunds will not be given for promotional discounts that were not applied at the time of purchase. All discounts must be redeemed during checkout; adjustments cannot be made afterward.
