Who Can Dive In?

By using our website and placing an order, you attest that you are at least eighteen years old or otherwise legally authorized to enter into contracts in order to ensure appropriate agreements. Additionally, we respectfully request that all of the information you submit be truthful, accurate, and current. Please refrain from engaging in any abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior on our site. If we believe there has been any misuse or unlawful activity, we reserve the right to deny service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders.

Your Designs & Our Content: Property Rights

Everything on ChenillePatches.us, from our logos, text, designs, artwork, and graphics to the layout of our website, is either our property or something we're licensed to use.

• You may view or download our content for personal, non-commercial use. However, we ask that you first don't copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or change any of it without our explicit written permission.
• What amazing custom designs are you sending us? Those are yours! You keep full ownership. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to use your designs only to make your patches. We won't claim ownership of your unique artwork unless we've agreed to something different in writing.

Bringing Your Order to Life: Our Process

Ready to create your custom chenille patches? Whether you order through our website, email, or chat, here's how we make it happen:

1. Your Vision: You share your artwork or concept with us.
2. Your Quote & Timeline: We'll send you a detailed price quote and an estimated timeline for production.
3. Digital Proof for Your Approval: This is a key step! We create a mockup of your design for you to review and give your final approval. Please note that once you approve the design, we will proceed with the production. However, it might cost additional money and delay the process if alterations are made after approval.
4. Production Magic Begins: Only once we have received your complete payment and final design approval can we begin manufacturing. After these procedures are finished, your order will be formally confirmed. Please be aware that we reserve the right to reject any project that does not align with our positive values, encourage hate speech, or infringe intellectual property laws.

Pricing & How We Handle Payments

All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars (USD) and generally don't include taxes unless we state otherwise.

• Payment Upfront: We ask for full payment before we start production.
• Flexible Payment Options: We understand the importance of convenience in your financial transactions. That's why we accept major debit/credit cards, direct bank transfers, and other approved payment methods. Your peace of mind is our priority.
• Secure Transactions: Your security is supreme to us. All your payments are handled securely through encrypted third-party payment gateways. We never store your credit card information on our servers. Once your payment is complete, we'll send you an invoice and your estimated delivery date, ensuring a secure and worry-free transaction.

Production Time & Getting Your Patches to You

• The time taken for crafting: Production runs for about 7 to 14 business days once you approve your design, depending on how complex the design is or how large the order is.
• Shipping within the U.S.: Patches will be safely delivered to you by reliable couriers. Shipping costs and the estimated times of delivery will be confirmed when placing an order.
• A note on the delivery: Despite always being in front of time, we will not be held responsible for any delays encountered by shipping carriers that are beyond our control. If problems arise with delivery, do get in touch; we would be glad to help!

Does It Need Cancellation?

You can cancel your order anytime before we give you the final approval for the design and payment. Given that our patches are custom-made, we can't cancel your order once production begins. Suppose you cancel after design work begins but before it goes into production. In that case, we may deduct a small design fee from any refund for our time and resources, particularly if significant design efforts were undertaken.

Returns & Refunds: Our Policy

Since each patch is custom-made, we generally don't accept returns or offer refunds unless there's a specific issue:

• You received the wrong item(s).
• Your product arrived defective or significantly damaged.
• The final product doesn't match the digital artwork you approved.

If one among these conditions occurs:

• Kindly inform us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
• Pictures and a written description of the complaint will also be needed. In this way, we will better understand the issue and speed up the solution. Your request will be reviewed, and a reprint of your item or a partial/full refund may be offered.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original form of payment within 7 business days.

Please note that we cannot issue refunds for small variations between orders regarding color, thickness, or texture, as those may naturally occur during the manufacturing process of chenille.

Your Design Stays Yours

You will always own the custom designs you submit to us. We promise not to reproduce or use your specific artwork for anyone else unless:

• You've given us your written permission.
• It's a design we created entirely in-house and provided to you.

For demonstration or marketing purposes, we reserve the right to post pictures of your finished patches on social media or in our portfolio. Please notify us in writing if you would prefer that your patches not be featured.

Sharing Your Thoughts (User-Submitted Content)

We might use your reviews, comments, testimonials, or other content for marketing (as long as it doesn't contain confidential or copyrighted material). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it for our business.

A Word on Accountability

While we always strive to provide you with a great experience, ChenillePatches.us won't be responsible for:

• Delays are caused by shipping carriers or customs.
• Slight differences in colour or size.
• Any loss related to or resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
• Any defects stemming from your original design or submitted artwork.

We won't be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages so if there's an issue with our product. Our responsibility is generally limited to the purchase price of the goods.

Our Warranties (and What We Can't Guarantee)

Even though our patches fit specialised applications like particular medical uniforms, extreme combat conditions, etc.

Interruption of our website or services (tech glitches happen!).

Matchless representation of colours that you see on the screen, concerning the patch (monitor settings are different!).

While we try to meet all your needs possible, sometimes external factors are beyond our control and we cant be held responsible for such issues.

When Things Go Sideways:

We have the right to suspend or end your access to our website or services at any time without notice if we believe:

• You've broken these terms.
• Your use of our services is fraudulent.
• Your actions could harm our reputation, systems, or other customers.

We might take these steps to protect our business or meet a legal obligation.

"Force Majeure" (When Life Happens)

Neither we nor our partners will be responsible for late delivery or failure to deliver caused by unexpected events beyond our control. This includes natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, government orders, and similar unforeseen circumstances.
